Liven Answer Transfer allows members to press 0 to speak with a live representative. 

You will need to have a validated phone number for members to be transferred. 

We suggest you choose a number that will support the expected volume of calls transferred in for the most optimum experience for your members.

From the Additional Phone Message Options screen: 

1. Select the Add Live Answer Trailer Option (LAT).
2. Select the number to transfer calls to.
3. Click Next to finish sending your message.

Live Answer Transfer can only be selected from the website. This option is not available through the Call-In system or the CallingPost Mobile App.
