NOTE: This feature is only available on certain Monthly Unlimited plan.  Please check your plan options and upgrade to use this feature.

1. Choose the group you are wanting to review
2. Choose the Tools option under the Group Member Grid.
3. Select to export Bad numbers to review the members effected by 3 failed attempts to connect your communication to them.
4. After you reviewed the exported list and agree “all” numbers listed are bad you may choose from the Tools option to Remove Bad Numbers. (This will remove all numbers identified as bad from the exported list) All good numbers or additional information associated with that member will remain intact.
