There are several reasons why a member may not be getting your phone call:
1. They have blocked their number with CallingPost automated blocking system. If this has occurred the member's phone number will appear in red on your group list.
To have a number unblocked from CallingPost, have the member call Customer Care at 877.665.5646, from the blocked, phone so that we may verify it and unblock the number. Once the number has been unblocked all future messages sent through your account will go to that particular member.
2. They have block their number on their cell phone.
To have a number unblocked on a iPhone:
In Settings go to Phone > Call Blocking and Identification, where a list of blocked contacts and numbers will appear. Tap Edit in the top right hand corner. Then, tap the red delete button to the left of the number 405-308-4474 or 405-669-XXXX or 405-754-XXXX prefixes that may have come from CallingPost messages, which will cause a red unblock button appear. Select it to unblock the number.
To have number unblocked on Android:
From a Home screen, tap Contacts (lower-left). If unavailable, navigate: Apps > Contacts. These instructions apply to Standard mode only. Tap the Menu icon (upper-right). Tap Settings. Tap Call. Tap Call rejection. Tap Auto reject list. If desired, tap Unknown number to reject calls from unknown numbers. Enabled when a check mark is present. Select and hold the contact or number. Tap the Trashcan icon (upper-right). To disable a number on the list without deleting it, uncheck the box next to the desired entry.
To improve delivery results, CallingPost has added 150 Oklahoma City Default Caller Id's to improve the odds of being caught up with recent Carrier changes in identifying potential spam calls. These results may show as intercept or Busy when viewing your call history results detail. If you see a large number of these calls please let us know by calling 877-665-5646 or emailing us your call results to investigate further.
