There may be several reasons why a message would not go out. Here are a few things to check:

  1. Check the Results tab to check the status details of your messages sent. Typically, if the message is not showing in the Results then your message has not been sent. 

  2. If you received the "Oops there was a problem sending out your communication please try again or call 877-665-5646." Most of the time this issue occurs when there is a drop in internet connection. We suggest trying to send the message again if the message details are not showing in the Results tab. 

  3.  Check your Message Library to make sure the communication was saved. If the message was saved, you can reattempt to send the message. If you do not see the message in your library, we suggest that you log out and back in to establish a new connection and then begin again.

  4. If you are not in a good coverage area, you may use the Call-in system from any phone dial (877-304-7678) to login to your CallingPost account and record a phone message to be sent out to your group.
