Click on Beta Features from the top left menu

Click Get Started beside Personalized Websites

Click Create a New Website from the left-hand side of the My Websites page.

You will receive the below pop up click Continue 

Create a Group to associate with this website. 

This is the website creator. The first step is to enter a Home Page Title and the Welcome Message. This information will be located on the main page of your website. Click Save & Continue when completed.

  

Upload a logo for your organization by clicking Choose File and selecting one from your desktop. Click Save & Continue when completed.

Upload a banner for your organization by clicking Choose File and selecting one from your desktop. Click Save & Continue when completed.

Enter information in the Who We Are and What We are About sections. This is a great location to tell more about your organization and what you do. 

Enter your organization's location. Click Save & Continue when complete. 

  Enter your email address and contact information.

You can select to have a Leadership Page by clicking the ON/OFF button. 

If you have selected to add the Leadership Page, enter the page name. Then Click Add Staff Member. 

Enter the person's name, phone number, job title and picture. Click Save & Continue when complete. 

The next tab is the announcements. You can add quick announcements to your site for special events or information. 

Enter the announcement title and description. You can add as many announcements as you would like to your website.

An announcement can be added to the top of your website as a banner by clicking the ON/OFF button for Announcement Bar. Click Save & Continue once it has been turned on. 

The next tab is for Media. You can add photos, YouTube videos, and audio to your website. 

For Photos Click Add Photos. 

For Videos Click Add Video 

Enter the Youtube Embed Code and Caption. Click Save & Continue when complete. (Note: Only videos that are public on YouTube can be used)

For Audio Click Add Audio

Click Select Audio File and locate the file on your desktop. Enter the date of the recording. Click Save & Continue when complete. (Note: Only .MP3 and .WAV files can be used)
