There are several reasons why a member may not be getting your email message:

1. They may have unsubscribed from CallingPost email messages. If this has occurred the member's email address will appear in red on your group list.

To have a number resubscribe to CallingPost emails, please have your member go to the following link: https://apps.callingpost.com/#/emailSubscription.

Just enter your email and you are re-subscribed.

2. Emails may be going into the members spam filter.

Open your email and find your spam folder

Click on the Spam folder and search for info@callingpost.com

Here you can choose to remove this email address from the spam by selecting the Report not spam. This will allow future emails to be delivered to your inbox.
